Today all the students get their long waited certificates. Now they can with proud that they know Russian language and can speak Russian without any fear which is extremely important! And the team of Russian language school appreciates time spent in July!!! Thank you guys for everything, hope to see you later!!! And on Monday 3 August we are ready to meet 24 finish participant from Imatra University and 19 more guys from all over the world…

On the 30 of June the group of students from Russian Language school: Katherine, Reto, Suvi and Anneli visited a museum of Regional where they saw a very cognitive exhibition and learnt some interesting information about the life of ancient people who has lived in this region. And today, on the 2nd of July we're having a Farewell Party for Katherine, Suvi and Anneli who are leaving Petrozavodsk tomorrow with great knowledge of Russian. As for Reto in July he is going to volunteer for Petrozavodsk Public Library as a part of his 2 months cultural exchange program.

Taking part in cultural program, getting close to Russian culture is an important part of Russian language course at our School. This week our students are going to visit the Kizhi island, a wonderful open air museum!

ATTENTION TO EVERYBODY! Russian Language School “Enjoy Russian” is pleased to announce the winners of Scholarship for studying Russian language. The school has received a lot of interesting and praiseworthy essays from Russian learners from all over the world. We want to thank all participants. The winners of this year’s Scholarship for studying Russian language are JITKA SKVAROVA from Czech Republic and MADLI LAANE from Estonia. Congratulations to the winners!

In February Manuela and Sabine from Austria and Paula from Spain spent 2 weeks in Petrozavodsk. The girls are very satisfied with their time in Petrozavodsk.

On Monday, January,26 James from UK came to Petrozavodsk to enjoy Russian language and real Russian winter! He is going to skate and ski with our friendly volunteers. Next Monday three more students from Austria and Spain will join us and we will have a great National Food Party! We hope that guys will enjoy the party “Life, Dance, Love” which will be organized by our Organization before St. Valentine’s Day for Petrozavodsk youth.

Simon, a new student from Scotland, arrived yesterday. He has started individual lessons with Anastasia Zhigalina and hopes not only to improve his Russian language knowledge and also to learn more about Russian history and traditions.

Funny September passed, almost all students left. Still here are Steve, Tapani and Erja! They study hard and improve their Russian every day. At the same time our students actively participate in different cultural events – presentations, discussion groups, excursions, etc.

Autumn has come here. It is quite cold and rainy. Still the atmosphere in the school was great as always : )) There was a small group of students from different countries (such as Turkey, Norway, Italy, Germany, Ireland, UK, Finland, and Holland) participated in Russian language courses.
