We have good news for people from almost all European Union: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, France, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Bulgaria, and Romania. For these counties we have right to prepare the invitation letters from our Organization (not from the migration-visa-office). That means we safe more than a month! So if there is anybody from these countries go ahead and apply for July course! We will have enough time to get Russian visa. People from other countries can apply for August or September course anyway :)

Rules of residence in the Host Family
Family’s rights and duties:
1. Family should provide the student with his/her own furnished room (bed, chair, desk and shelf of wardrobe) in a good condition.
2. Family can offer the student the program with meals (breakfast and evening meal) or without meals.
3. Family gives the student the possibility of:
· using a telephone (local calls)
· using a bathroom and its facilities (washing machine, place to dry clothes)
· using kitchen and its facilities (a fridge, a stove, a saucepan, a frying pan, a kettle, plates, cups etc.)
· facilities in the apartment (iron, TV, radio etc).
4. Family should provide the student with bed-clothes and change them every 2 weeks.
5. Family guarantees the student’s right to rest.
Student’s rights and duties:
1. Student may use the telephone during a day from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. But not longer than one hour a day.
2. Student may make national calls and international calls from public (telephone) call-boxes or by IP-telefonia cards.
3. Student undertakes not to make noise; keep his/her room tidy. Student must clean the room not less than once a week
4. Student may receive guests only with the family’s permission. Student undertakes not to receive guests after 10.00 p.m. and not more than one person at a time.
5. If Student damages family’s property he/she undertakes to pay the full cost of the property within 3 days.
6. Student undertakes to pay the full cost of the program within 3 days.
Terms of payment.
1. The cost of a 4-week program is 200 euros (uncl. breakfast)
2. The cost of a 4-week program is 350 euros (incl. breakfast and evening meal).
3. The cost of 1-week is 90 euros (incl. breakfast and evening meals).
4. Student undertakes to pay the full cost of the program within 3 days.
5. The payment is to be made in euros or in rubles at the official rate of the Central Bank of Russia.
6. Family undertakes to give Student a receipt for payment with the date, amount (and rate of CB RF) for the services (room, meals) for the period.
7. If Student misses breakfast or evening meal Family is not obliged to return money for meals.
8. Any disputes between the parties are resolved by the representatives of the Centre “Initiative”.
