One can not be fully immersed in another culture by living only in one or two places. This pattern relates to Russia as well. The more places you see the wider your love to a country and people spread. In September 2019 Enjoy Russian school teachers and students will open up absolutely new direction – incredible lake BAIKAL. Why should everyone see the world’s deepest lake?
- Unbelievable landscapes. Baikal is located is situated in the Southern Syberia and is commonly known as “The Pearl of Siberia”. The mountains, water, untouched beautiful forests… Gorgeous views and perfect spots for outdoor activities, trekking and hiking, even kayaking and horse riding.
- The local Buryat people. Their unique traditions remain one of the main attractions for researches, travelers, bloggers, photographers and journalists. How they speak, how they dance and dress up – everything deserves attention. They live somewhere in between nature and spiritual roots.
- The local cuisine. Salted or smoked Omul, Siberian meat jelly, fish soup Ukha are loved by foreigners from all over the world. The Baikal cuisine itself is a mix of European and local gastronomic traditions.
