Which out of dozens ways to say “And you?” in Russian should I choose?

А ты / вы? А тебя / вас? А у тебя / у вас? А тебе / вам? – and that’s just the beginning of a list of “and yous” in Russian. But there is a simple trick to find out which one to choose.
The trick that can help you make your Russian sound right is that you just need to be very attentive when people ask you questions. 95% of the grammar you need for your answer is in the question. So if you just listen carefully and notice the grammar forms that are used by Russians when they ask you a question, the only thing left is to copy their grammar and put it into your reply.
For example, a Russian person asks you “Вы хотите пойти на экскурсию сегодня?”. From this question you can see a combination of words “want + to go to”, so you don’t need to think which verb of motion you should choose. You also already have “на экскурсию” after the verb of motion, so
The same thing happens to question “And you” – “you” must be in the same form as in the original question:
– Как вас зовут?
– Меня зовут Майкл. А вас?
– Меня зовут Джулия. Как у вас дела?
– Хорошо. А у вас?
– Тоже хорошо, спасибо. Откуда вы?
– Я из Англии. А вы?
– Я из США.
You can see three “and yous” in the dialog: “А вас?”, “А у вас?”, “А вы?”. If you look at the original questions “Как вас зовут?”, “Как у вас дела?”, “Откуда вы?” you’ll see how “And you” questions just copy the same pronoun (the same grammar form).
The situation is different when a pronoun is hidden in the original question. For instance, people usually would just ask “Как дела?” without adding “у вас / у тебя” there. In this case the only thing you can do is just
